PAYMENT OPTIONS
Cash Euros -
Once you have confirmed you wish to proceed with a booking, if you have selected
to pay in cash you will receive a Transfer Booking Invoice and be asked to supply
Visa or MasterCard credit/debit card details in order to secure your booking. Upon
receipt of card details your booking will be secured and your Transfer Ticket will
be forwarded. Payment is due in cash euros to the driver on completion of each transfer
journey booked. Your card would only be debited in the event of a late cancellation
or “no-
Bank Transfer -
Once you have confirmed you wish to proceed with a booking, if you have selected to pay by bank transfer you will receive a Transfer Booking Invoice which will include our bank details for payment by bank transfer in full at the time of booking (any bank charges imposed by your bank must be paid by you). Your Transfer Ticket will be forwarded upon receipt of full payment.
Visa or MasterCard credit/debit cards -
If you wish to pay by credit/debit card a 1.5% card administration fee will be added to the final cost of your booking. Once you have confirmed you wish to proceed with a booking, if you have selected to pay by credit/debit card you will receive a Transfer Booking Invoice and be asked to supply Visa or MasterCard credit/debit card details in order to secure and pay for your booking. Your booking will be secured upon receipt of card details and your Transfer Ticket will be forwarded once we have processed your payment.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS & ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Cancellations/Refunds
For cancellations more than 7 days prior to the 1st date of transfer; a 20.00€ administration fee is due (any payment received in excess of 20.00€ will be refunded or any payment due will be deducted from the credit or debit card supplied to secure the booking).
For cancellations between 7 days & 24 hours prior to 1st date and scheduled time of transfer; 25% of the cancelled transfer is due (any payment received in excess of this amount will be refunded or any payment due will be deducted from the credit or debit card supplied to secure the booking).
For cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time of transfer or in the event of a “No Show”; 100% of the cancelled or missed transfer is due (any payment due will be deducted from the credit or debit card supplied to secure the booking)
All cancellations made prior to the date of transfer must be made in writing (by email or fax or letter) and confirmed back to you in writing by Mountain Express to validate the cancellation.
Additional charges
Please be assured we will do everything we can to avoid applying additional charges even though they may be due and it is something we very rarely do however sometimes it’s unavoidable.
In the event that additional charges are incurred on the date of travel (i.e. excess waiting time over and above the free 90 minutes included in an airport collection or charges incurred to divert to an alternative airport if your flight is diverted) payment would be due in cash Euros to the driver or if you are unable to pay the driver in cash euros the additional charges will be deducted from the credit or debit card supplied to secure the booking.
